Top-producing canvassers — Elite Upgrades is hiring 1-2 in LA County and Northern Orange County. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for experienced D2D producers who can talk through their numbers.

ABOUT ELITE UPGRADES

We're a CSLB-licensed home improvement contractor (#1138667) based in Torrance, CA. Owner-operated, BBB Accredited, 17+ years industry experience. Four trades: roofing, exterior paint, replacement windows, and driveways. Average ticket $24,000 — your leads close on real numbers across Southern LA County and Northern OC.

COMPENSATION

- $20-30/hour base — set by your track record (top producers at $30), paid weekly

- Weekly Performance Bonuses — chip-based program tied to prior-week appointments, demos, and sales ($20-100 per chip)

- 2% commission on every sale closed from your appointments (avg ≈ $480 per closed sale)

- $200 bonus per Sign-Sale closed — separate yard-sign program at high-visibility homes you've worked

- $500/month bonus for sustaining 12+ appointments/week at a 40%+ sit rate

- Realistic top earners: $2,000+/week. Solid producers: $1,200-1,500/week.

SCHEDULE

- Tuesday through Saturday (Monday and Sunday off)

- Tue-Fri: 12pm office meeting and training, 2pm-sunset field work

- Saturday: 9:30am office, 10am-2pm field

- Company van available for ride-out to territory (optional — our manager drives)

- Built around when homeowners are actually home, not contractor office hours

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

- Real producer track record — you've set 25+ appointments in a single month somewhere and can talk through it

- 1+ year of door-to-door experience (canvassing, solar, pest, alarms, home improvement, or similar)

- Reliable transportation (van rides are optional)

- Valid driver's license

- 18+ with ability to pass a basic background check

WHAT WE'RE NOT

- Not a national franchise — small owner-operated team

- Not an MLM, not "buy your own leads" — we generate the demand, you set the appointments

- Not commission-only — base is real and paid weekly

- Not hiring beginners. If you've never canvassed before, this isn't for you.

HIRING PROCESS

1. 30-minute phone screen — we'll ask about your best month and your last 3 employers

2. 2-day paid audition at $20/hour (~16 hours): Day 1 with our canvassing manager (set 1 appt), Day 2 solo (set 2 appts to advance)

3. Clear weekly performance standards from day one, tied to your pay rate — with a documented raise ladder to $30/hr as you produce

4. We don't check references — we judge by what you do in the audition, not what your last boss says
