What You’ll Do

You will be the trusted electrician arriving at customers’ homes to diagnose problems, complete repairs, perform upgrades, and provide safe, professional electrical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems
• Performing electrical service, maintenance, and installation work
• Installing fixtures, devices, panels, circuits, and other electrical components
• Evaluating existing electrical systems for safety and code compliance
• Presenting repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
• Explaining technical information in simple, understandable terms
• Providing customers with a professional and comfortable service experience
• Completing accurate job notes, invoices, photos, and documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
• Participating in ongoing technical, safety, and customer service training
• Following company procedures and all applicable electrical codes

Who You Are

• You hold a current Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license.
• You have at least three years of electrical experience, preferably in residential service and repair.
• You are confident troubleshooting electrical problems.
• You enjoy working directly with homeowners.
• You communicate clearly and professionally.
• You stay calm and solution-focused when unexpected problems come up.
• You can work independently and manage your time effectively.
• You are motivated, dependable, and ready to work.
• You are comfortable lifting, climbing ladders, working in attics, and entering crawlspaces.
• You have a clean driving record.
• You can pass a background check and drug screening.
• You take pride in your appearance, workmanship, and customer service.
