Pay Range: $63,000 - $65,000 annually
Hours Available: Flexible 40-Hour schedule that includes one weekend day as part of the weekly schedule.

We are offering a flexible 40-hour schedule that includes one weekend day as a part of the weekly schedule for all of our Senior Management positions being offered in Essex County, NY.
What you get to do:
Oversee the overall daily operations of the residences and services under the direction of the Assistant Director and Regional Director.
Participate with the interview and staff selection process while also coordinating training for new managers.
Coordinate efforts with all team members and individuals in our care, to achieve person-centered and person-driven goals and outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field. Significant experience including supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
At least three years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities, including at least one year in a supervisory role is required. Experience in IRAs is preferred.
