To support our upcoming project pipeline, we are launching our Consultant Development Program and seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Business Analyst Trainees. This entry-level pipeline is specifically engineered to take individuals with foundational analytical mindsets and mold them into versatile, client-ready business consultants through practical project integration and elite professional development tracks.

Scope of Impact

In this track, you won’t just be sitting on the sidelines. You will join active engagement squads, assisting with data discovery, tracking project velocity, and establishing unified communication channels between our business clients and development teams. If you possess a keen eye for operational detail, enjoy dissecting how data flows across automated platforms, and excel at converting ambiguity into concrete, visual blueprints, this development track is built for you.

Key Integration Milestones & Core Tasks

• Attend strategic alignment sessions and client workshops to capture complex business logic, operational pain points, and systemic goals.
• Translate client discussions into functional specification matrices, high-level process documentation, use cases, and standardized visual blueprints.
• Break down disjointed business routines into organized 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' workflow models using standard design structures.
• Clean, structuralize, and analyze unstructured operational data sets via advanced Excel spreadsheets to build predictive or comparative dashboards.
• Review functional software builds and digital adjustments against original client specifications, orchestrating test script execution before live product rollouts.
• Own the project health dashboard—tracking delivery items, managing cross-team questions, updating issues registries, and publishing executive summary cards.

Targeted Candidate Metrics

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree with a major track in Analytics, Business Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), STEM fields, Economics, or matching logical fields.
• An innate ability to identify system anomalies, spot operational gaps, and construct structured, logical pathways out of chaotic information pools.Confident capability operating within Microsoft Excel to sort, isolate, format, pivot, and cleanly evaluate corporate metrics.
• Highly articulate in both verbal discussions and written summaries; comfortable interacting across diverse professional teams.
• Full independent legal authorization to maintain employment within the United States without current or future corporate visa sponsorship requirements.

System Desirables (Helpful Profiles)

• Past completion of a capstone project, business case study challenge, or structured internship focused on data systems, software development, or market logic.
• Early baseline experience or familiarity with workflow mapping apps (Visio, Lucidchart), project backlogs (Jira, DevOps), or basic database platforms (SQL).
• General knowledge of agile project cycles, software engineering steps, or standard enterprise operational suites (ERP/CRM).

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
