Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Manager to lead our facilities management team in maintaining optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our manufacturing and industrial sites. Duties

• Lead and supervise the HVAC maintenance team to ensure timely and effective servicing of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to maximize equipment uptime.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Manage projects involving upgrades or new installations of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Interpret technical schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and control system schematics for troubleshooting complex issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components.
• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose faults accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems as well as industrial maintenance protocols.
• Collaborate with facilities management teams to optimize energy efficiency and environmental controls across manufacturing operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities within CMMS platforms for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
• Lead safety training sessions focused on electrical safety, high voltage procedures, and proper use of testing equipment.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising HVAC teams within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting involving high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices utilizing CMMS tools for work order management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of facilities management principles including energy conservation strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills in English to effectively guide teams and collaborate across departments.
• Experience working with schematics, electrical diagrams, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters to diagnose system faults efficiently. Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
