We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a complex retail technology initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional work, drive delivery across the project lifecycle, and help ensure strong outcomes for a high-visibility engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery
  
• Partner with stakeholders and team members across functions to keep work aligned, collaborative, and moving forward
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to support successful outcomes
  
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, and status reporting
  
• Support resource planning and capacity analysis in collaboration with leadership
  
• Monitor financial forecasts and help reconcile project-related expenditures
  
• Prepare project management documentation and governance materials as needed
  
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including tracking deliverables and coordinating related tasks
  
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  
• Apply the appropriate project management approach based on the needs of the team and project, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods
  
• Contribute to a positive team environment by mentoring and sharing project management best practices

Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience supporting complex business or technology initiatives
  
• Experience with package implementations and SDLC-based projects
  
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and other project delivery methodologies
  
• Knowledge of project management best practices, including communication, budget, schedule, risk, change, and quality management
  
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities at once
  
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate modern technology environments
  
• Experience building relationships, earning trust, and removing barriers to support project delivery
  
• Comfort with contract review and vendor negotiation
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting retail or eCommerce projects
  
• Background in managing projects that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
  
• Experience with procurement coordination and sourcing support
  
• Ability to coach or mentor team members and other project managers
  
• Comfort making decisions in ambiguous situations and offering practical contingency plans
