Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
Requires the possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Minimum of four (4) years System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience
Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
Minimum of four (4) years Complex Requirements Documentation & Lead BA Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of Stakeholder Engagement
Desirable Qualfications
1 Minimum three (3) years of Requirements & Methodology Expertise (1 point for 3 years and one point for each additional year, for a maximum of 7 points)
2 Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Training & Facilitation (1 point for 2 years and one point for each additional year, for a maximum of 7 points)
3 Process improvement opportunities and tool experience- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite, etc. (1 point per year, 7 points maximum)
4 Government & Process Knowledge- Working with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) or similar processes and documentation (1 point per year, 7 points maximum)
5 Business Analysis Expertise (2+ Years in addition to the 3 years in RKES 1)
(1 point for each additional year, for a maximum of 7 points)
6 Minimum two (2) years of data conversion experience (1 point for 2 years and one point for each additional year, for a maximum of 7 points)
7 Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing business analysis services in a lead capacity on a large‑scale (over 5 million) Government IT project (1 point for 3 years and one point for each additional year, for a maximum of 7 points)
