About Road Map Consulting

Road Map Consulting (RMC) is seeking experienced Management Analysts to join our talent pipeline for upcoming federal consulting projects. This role supports program analysis, organizational improvement, business process evaluation, and management consulting services for federal clients.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and experienced in evaluating organizational performance, developing recommendations, and preparing professional reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze program and organizational data to support project objectives.
• Evaluate business processes, organizational structures, workflows, and operational performance.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, project documentation, financial documentation, quality control materials, and training materials.
• Support business process mapping, program evaluations, workload assessments, and performance measurement activities.
• Use spreadsheets, databases, and analytical software to organize and evaluate information.
• Prepare dashboards, charts, tables, graphics, and written reports for technical and non technical audiences.
• Maintain accurate project records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all work products meet applicable quality and accessibility standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• At least four years of professional experience performing management analysis, business analysis, program evaluation, or organizational improvement.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business or program information.
• Experience developing reports, recommendations, findings, and supporting documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Supporting federal or public sector programs.
• Business process improvement or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Performance measurement or operational analysis.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Microsoft Access, SharePoint, or other business information systems.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and records management practices.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote. Some projects may require occasional travel or onsite support depending on client requirements.
