Key Responsibilities:

• As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies.

• You will collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge, support learning needs, and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

• Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality enhancements.

• Provide expert guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

• Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives.

• Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance.

Note: Role requires 60% onsite client work in New York (3 days per week) and client mandated 5 days away per quarter

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience

• Playwright MCP Testing

• Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA)

• Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bank Experience

• Client facing experience

• Advanced proficiency in Application Testing

• Bachelor's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
