Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems, including client information and project metrics.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all information.
Prepare and organise source documents for data entry, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Assist in compiling and formatting data for reports that will be used by management and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data is handled efficiently, confidentially, and in support of project goals.
Support the web design and social media teams by preparing and structuring content for online platforms.
Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Entry Analyst, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate work.
Proficient typing skills and demonstrable experience with data entry software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
(Desirable) Experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
