Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Audio/Visual Sales Representative to join our team. In this commission based position, you will identify client needs, recommend customized AV solutions, and build lasting relationships with commercial, educational, healthcare, and corporate customers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to explain complex audio/visual systems in a way that is easy for customers to understand. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet with customers to assess their audio/visual needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project success.
• Stay current on AV technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate new business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in audio/visual, technology, electronics, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AV systems including displays, projectors, conferencing solutions, sound systems, digital signage, and control systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
