We are looking for cabinetmakers, millworkers and furniture-makers with experience in a production environment. The position requires working with a wide variety of materials, such as veneer, plywood, hardwood and laminate to fabricate furniture and millwork. Millworkers are expected to utilize machines and hand tools, including but not limited to routers, planers, jointers, table saws, chisels, drills and drum sanders. Millworkers will build from shop drawings, but will work closely with the shop director, drafters, shop leads and CNC operators to achieve the final product.

Skills Required

• Familiarity and proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Ability to assemble, laminate and veneer cabinetry.
• Precise, detail-oriented woodworking.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A collaborative, positive mindset.
• 5+ years experience in a similar millwork environment required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
