Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of projects to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee schedule coordination and monitor progress regularly to identify potential delays or issues proactively.
• Review contracts, work orders, and specifications to verify accuracy and understanding of project requirements.
• Pick up job materials as needed for job site efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to oversee work, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Maintain a detailed record of any and all change orders that occur within an ongoing project.
• Communicate with customers through out their project to ensure great communication standards are met
• Deliver and pick up trailers from job sites.
• Complete quality control final inspection with customers upon job completion to ensure project completion meets contract details.
• Report on project status and potential issues; facilitate communication across all levels of the production department.
• Document items upon project completion and upload to correct software

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing experience
• Background in the construction industry
• Must be detail oriented individual
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing crews in a fast-paced environment; capable of motivating diverse groups toward shared goals.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
