Tudors Biscuit World and Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House are looking for District Supervisors in the Kanawha and Putnam County area to supervise multiple locations. They bridge the gap between corporate goals and individual restaurants by managing location managers, analyzing financial performance, driving sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring strict compliance with operational and health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Analyze regional profit and loss (P&L) statements, set revenue targets, optimize labor and food costs, and manage regional budgets.
• Leadership & Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant General Managers. Oversee succession planning and conduct performance reviews.
• Operations & Compliance: Conduct high-impact store visits to ensure all locations meet corporate standards for food quality, facility cleanliness, customer service, and food safety regulations.
• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out promotions, design sales plans, and execute community outreach initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational bottlenecks that individual restaurant managers cannot handle.

Typical Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience (e.g., as a District Manager).
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or culinary arts is often preferred, though equivalent, extensive industry experience is widely accepted.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis), proficiency in operational reporting software, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel frequently between locations within the region.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Food Safety Certification or food handlers certification is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
