Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and

service HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of

troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding

service.

Responsibilities

•  Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
•  Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
•  Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related
• systems
•  Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers
•  Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
•  Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
•  Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
•  Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
•  Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Qualifications
•  Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
•  Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
•  Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
•  EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly
•  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•  Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills
•  Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions
• Preferred Qualifications
•  NATE Certification
•  Experience with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
•  Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applications
