We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Quality Engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to grow with a company building high power RF amplifier systems.

Job Overview
In this role, you will be instrumental in running our quality management system. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, uphold compliance, and guarantee the highest quality of our RF systems. Job Description

• Maintain robust quality systems aligned with AS9100 RevD & ISO 13485:2016 to ensure compliance across manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Perform visual quality inspection of PCB assemblies, RF amplifier modules, and final systems before burn-in and shipment
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to define quality processes and create work instructions of various product build
• Perform incoming inspection of machined and fabricated metal parts using mechanical and SolidWorks drawings
• Conduct internal quality audits every quarter and create quality documentation, corrective action reports and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with internal teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment
• Experience with electronics, aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing preferred
• Clear understanding of SolidWorks drawings, BOM and assembly steps
• Strong interest in managing manufacturing quality systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-moving production environment
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
