Prosper Mortgage Processing, LLC is looking for an experienced, Texas-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) who is interested in earning additional income by processing mortgage loans on a per-file basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced processor who already has a full-time position but is looking to supplement their income with flexible, remote work.Compensation

• $300–$450 per funded file
• Pay is based on experience, loan complexity, and ability to independently manage files from contract to clear-to-close.

What You'll Do

• Process residential mortgage loans from contract through closing.
• Review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and organize conditions.
• Order and coordinate third-party services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with borrowers, loan officers, Realtors, title companies, and underwriters.
• Manage underwriting conditions and keep files moving toward a timely closing.
• Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RMLO License (required).
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Arive LOS is a plus.
