As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in the loan approval process. You will be responsible for gathering and verifying borrower information, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and facilitating communication between all parties involved in the loan process. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure a smooth and efficient loan process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Verify borrower information, including employment, income, and credit history
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain necessary information and documentation
• Monitor loan status and update relevant parties on progress
• Clear loan conditions and communicate effectively with all parties
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan process
• Maintain accurate and organized loan files
• Responsible for entering accurate HMDA information for all loans
• Ensure files are processed in accordance with service level agreements
• Monitor and redisclose files with a documented change of circumstance

Desired skills and experience include:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor is Required
• Encompass Experience Required
• DU/LP/GUS experience
• FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA knowledge
• Exceptional detail, organization, and problem-solving skills are a must
• Proven ability to handle extensive pipeline and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skill as wells as excellent oral and written communications skills
• Spanish speaking is preferred
• Positive attitude, high energy, self-motivated and service-oriented mindset
• Past experience demonstrating sensitivity and tact in handling highly confidential information
• Must have a working knowledge of mortgage regulatory guidelines including TRID, RESPA, and TILA.
• Must have experience performing a change of circumstance redisclose in Encompass
