Responsibilities

• Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activity to optimize live content strategies.
• Create visually appealing media using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to enhance stream visuals and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that integrate TikTok live streams with broader social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Analyze social media analytics and marketing online analytics to assess stream performance, viewer demographics, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
• Manage real-time interactions during live sessions by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a professional manner that fosters community growth.
• Maintain consistent branding across all content by applying graphic design principles and branding strategies.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, and best practices related to social media management and content creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
