RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Lead employee performance, development, evaluations, and FMLA processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and patient safety
• Monitor volumes and access trends; prepare business and capital case

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years as an RT, sonographer, mammographer, or nuclear medicine technologist
• 3+ years of radiology supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED + imaging program graduate OR Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years directly related experience
• Active WA imaging credential (ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB)

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards and healthcare delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and change‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively
• Solid financial management skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting 24/7 operations and on‑call rotations
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Multi‑modality registration
• Master’s degree or 6 years related experience

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic imaging program or Bachelors Degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

• Do you have a minimum three (3) years of experience as a radiology supervisor (having had direct reports, responsible for annual reviews, responsible for hiring and terminating employees)?
