We are seeking a part-time customer service professional to be the face of MRC at our front desk. Shifts will primarily be on weekday mornings and weekends.
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing helpful, friendly customer service to the public concerning all programs and activities of MRC. Duties include but are not limited to: money collection, operating a computer with facility management software, greeting patrons entering the facility, answering the telephone, taking messages, maintaining records, creating informational signs, and data entry. The Front Office Associate is under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager. Must have at least three professional references.
