Responsibilities

• Tagalog-English a major plus.
• Assist in managing and training your boss on scheduling content across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• You will need spreadsheet skills like excel to complete a number of worksheets.
• You will be vital in helping to train an online assistant on doing contracts and a number of agent and student related things.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Analyze social media performance data using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, media pitches, and coordinating with media outlets.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with team members on branding initiatives and contribute fresh ideas for content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.Qualifications
• Currently enrolled as a student with a strong interest in digital marketing, communications or related fields.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Experience with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to create compelling content writing tailored for different social media channels.
• Familiarity with video editing software and media editing tools for creating multimedia content.
