Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Application Developer with at least 5 years of experience in C#, Razor Pages, .NET, and SQL to join our growing development team. You’ll be responsible for building new functionality, maintaining existing applications, and helping drive our ongoing modernization efforts. This is a highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role with real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core (Razor Pages), and SQL Server
- Lead and support the transition from legacy systems to modern .NET-based platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, system issues, and data integrity problems
- Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable code
- Design intuitive front-end components and secure, high-performance back-end logic
- Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and system testing
- Maintain internal websites for data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Document features and functionality, and support internal training when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack application development
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and Razor Pages
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design
- Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript within .NET stack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are being developed in real time, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and priorities as needed
- Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control and work item tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy systems
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance systems
- Exposure to reporting tools, especially Power BI and Fast Reports
- Knowledge of secure coding best practices and system performance tuning
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
