Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, mid-level Functional Medicine MD or DO to join our expanding onsite team at Haus of Confidence. This role combines evidence-based functional medicine with regenerative wellness and aesthetic collaboration to deliver personalized, outcomes-driven care. You will see patients across the continuum—from medical weight loss and hormone optimization to peptide therapies, IV hydration, and oversight of regenerative procedures—within a high-growth medspa that values innovation and patient transformation.
Why this is exciting: You will practice in a multidisciplinary environment that blends cutting-edge regenerative therapies and aesthetic medicine, have autonomy to build individualized treatment plans, contribute to protocol development, and grow professionally as we expand services and reach. This is an opportunity to impact patients’ lives holistically while working with a passionate team committed to measurable results and patient confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits using a functional medicine approach—reviewing medical history, lifestyle, labs, and diagnostics to identify root causes.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include medical weight loss protocols, bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, nutraceuticals, IV micronutrient therapy, and regenerative modalities.
Order, interpret, and act on laboratory testing (hormonal panels, metabolic, nutrient, and specialty functional labs) to guide personalized care.
Provide medical oversight and collaborative care for aesthetic treatments when applicable, coordinating with nurse injectors and advanced practice providers to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.
Perform selected in‑office medical procedures within scope of practice and training; ensure informed consent, documentation, and post-procedure follow-up.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, state regulations, and quality standards.
Participate in patient education, team case reviews, protocol development, and community outreach to promote service lines and patient wellness.
Required Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted state medical license for onsite practice.
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or relevant specialty; minimum of 2+ years clinical experience preferred.
Clinical experience managing hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV therapies, or equivalent regenerative medicine exposure.
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) and BLS certification; ACLS preferred where applicable.
Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and ability to create individualized, evidence-based care plans.
Excellent communication and patient education skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM-affiliated courses) or demonstrable functional medicine training/mentorship.
Prior experience in a medspa or aesthetic practice and familiarity with minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.
Training or comfort with injections, IV therapy administration, and onsite procedural oversight.
Experience leading or mentoring clinical staff and contributing to practice protocol development.
Familiarity with EMR systems used in outpatient and aesthetic practices and basic business acumen in a clinical setting.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary with production-based incentives and performance bonuses.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
Paid time off, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling aligned with full-time onsite needs.
Malpractice coverage and professional liability insurance provided.
401(k) retirement plan with employer match and payroll-deductible benefits.
Generous CME allowance, structured professional development, and support for certification or advanced training.
