The practice has numerous openings across multiple geographies for motivated Nurse Practitioner's or Physician Assistants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily patient encounters and collaboration with nursing staff to develop a care plan that will heal wounds and improve quality of life for the residents at our partner facilities.
• Application and utilization of advanced wound care treatments, devices and products.
• Bedside procedures including debridement of wounds.
• Making referrals and recommendations that will improve healing outcomes and enhance the care provided throughout the facility.
• Providing patient and staff education.
