We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses and medical staff, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents. *On the Job Training for Newly Certified Nursing Assistance*

**Duties:**

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding

- Take vital signs and record resident information

- Assist with resident mobility and transfers

- Provide emotional support to residents and their families

- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia

- Lift and move residents as needed

**Skills:**

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant License for the State of Iowa

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a healthcare setting

- Empathy and compassion for residents in various states of health

- Physical ability to lift and move residents safely

- Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, sit and reach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
