You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You'll Do
As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure, develop, and enhance OneStream applications that support finance transformation objectives for federal clients
- Build and maintain OneStream business rules, data management solutions, and application components to support planning, reporting, and budget execution processes
- Translate client business requirements into functional system designs, configuration decisions, and technical solutions within the OneStream platform
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities by identifying issues, validating results, and helping deliver stable application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte and client teams to support finance operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives

Qualifications
Required
:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret security clearance required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 2+ years of experience developing and configuring OneStream applications, including business rules creation and data management
- 1+ years of scripting experience with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET or Structured Query Language
- 1+ years of experience supporting federal clients
- 1+ years of experience building OneStream applications to support budget execution spend plans

Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
