Are you a finance and accounting professional with deep Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) expertise who thrives on solving complex challenges? We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Finance Consultant to help stabilize and optimize the financial side of a recent ERP implementation while driving meaningful operational improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into critical business situations, identifying root causes, and creating scalable solutions that strengthen financial operations. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and overall financial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stabilize and optimize the financial components of a recent Infor CSI/SyteLine implementation
• Reduce accounting backlogs and improve month-end close efficiency
• Analyze and resolve financial reporting discrepancies and accounting issues within the ERP system
• Review and enhance cost accounting, inventory accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting processes
• Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, and external consulting partners to establish scalable controls and reporting procedures
• Provide strategic recommendations that support long-term financial process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) v10 Cloud
• Background as a Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or similar finance leadership role
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory accounting, general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
• Experience supporting ERP post-go-live stabilization efforts and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to quickly assess challenges, identify solutions, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• Strong communication and consulting skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Employment Details

• Pay Rate: $60-$80 per hour
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Contract Length: Initial 90-day engagement with potential for permanent hire
• Schedule: Flexible workload ranging from 20-40 hours per week based on project needs
• Location: Remote
• Travel: Occasional travel to Colorado as needed
