LERDAHL | Inspired Workplace Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support project execution, logistics, documentation, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
As part of our Operations team, you'll work closely with Project Managers, vendors, installation partners, and internal teams to help ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and track purchase orders
- Review vendor acknowledgments and monitor delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate project documentation and system records
- Coordinate product deliveries and installation logistics
- Track punch list and warranty items through completion
- Support project closeout and invoicing activities
- Coordinate labor-only and small projects from scheduling through completion
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned small projects
- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, administrative support, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's, certificate, or bachelor's degree preferred
