Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diverse agricultural lending portfolio, ensuring sound credit quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with producers, ag businesses, and community members to understand their goals and structure financial solutions that fit their needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lenders and staff, helping to shape the bank’s ag lending strategy.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development, with opportunities to advance within the organization.
• Maintain strong ties to the ag community through networking, events, and industry engagement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of agricultural lending experience with proven portfolio management skills.
• Solid understanding of ag credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management.
• A relationship-driven professional with a genuine passion for agriculture and rural communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ag Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
