Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Colaval, a leading manufacturer specialising in high-quality control valves and water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our global team. This is a Full-Time, fully Remote position. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse industrial, commercial, and residential customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. You will play a vital part in upholding our commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction. The offered salary for this position is $45- $55 USD per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
Provide accurate and professional information regarding our extensive product range, including ball valves, gate valves, and electric control systems.
Assist customers with order placement, processing quotes, managing returns, and tracking shipments.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with our sales and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are fully met.
Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating difficult situations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
A high degree of self-motivation and the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience within an industrial or technical manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
A basic understanding of technical products such as valves or water treatment solutions would be a significant advantage.
