Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chevrolet and GM vehicles
• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and engine performance concerns
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards
• Work closely with service advisors and dispatch to maximize productivity
• Accurate document repairs for warranty and customer pay work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• 5+ years dealership technician experience preferred
• GM / Chevrolet experience strongly preferred
• ASE Certifications and/or GM Master Certification a plus
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical, drivability, modules, etc.)
• Proven ability to flag hours consistently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team player with a strong work ethic

• High school diploma or GED required
• Automotive technical school or equivalent dealership experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred (required for advanced technician levels)
• OEM certifications strongly preferred or required based on technician level
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to operate dealership shop equipment and diagnostic tools
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
