Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer, where innovation meets precision! Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop CNC programs, tooling, fixturing, and machining processes for aerospace and defense components.
• Analyze and define manufacturing methods and process flows for complex, tight-tolerance parts.
• Create and maintain method instructions / operation sheets, including setups, tooling lists, operation sequences, speeds and feeds, cycle time standards, and routings.
• Support RFQ activity, including estimating, manufacturability reviews, and process planning.
• Participate in design, manufacturing, and test documentation reviews to ensure compliance with contractual, program, design, and quality requirements.
• Assist with engineering analysis, customer requirement interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production with troubleshooting, optimization, and new program launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing, machining, or process engineering.
• Strong background in advanced machining (mills, lathes, multi-axis machining, grinding, etc.).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Solid computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

OR

• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience with strong CAD/CAM programming background

Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site role (not eligible for remote work)
• 10-hour shifts
• Not eligible for relocation reimbursement

ITAR Requirement

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
