Responsibilities of the Verizon Relations Associate

• Start sales conversations with customers to uncover their internet frustrations and recommend Verizon FiOS plans that deliver stronger speed and reliability
• Break down FiOS features, pricing, and speed tiers in everyday language that helps customers make confident decisions without technical overwhelm
• Walk customers through the full FiOS enrollment journey, from verifying availability to scheduling installation with clarity and ease
• Introduce upgrade options and promotions that align with each home’s streaming, gaming, or multi‑device needs
• Build a sales pipeline of future FiOS customers through thoughtful follow‑ups and helpful plan explanations that keep interest warm
• Track all enrollment and sales activity with precision to support accurate reporting and campaign consistency

Qualifications of the Verizon Relations Associate

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus
• Patient and steady when answering questions about availability, pricing, or installation
• Motivated to meet sales goals while maintaining a service‑first approach
• Comfortable recommending FiOS Internet solutions based on customer usage patterns

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
