Duties

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks

• Effective writing skills for clear documentation and correspondence

• Basic cash handling knowledge is advantageous but not required
