Responsibilities and Duties

Selling and designing swimming pools.

Meet with clients at their home to perform needs analysis on what they want to build. Establish an investment and timeline on when they want to get started.

Perform site evaluation for proposed project. This requires measuring the yard and creating a visual space for the new backyard improvement. Take photos of the property to pinpoint access for the machinery, equipment location and placement of the pool.

Design backyard and swimming pool using Structure Studio 3d software.

Prepare specifications and Pricing on Project

Schedule presentations to be conducted at Backyard Oasis Inc.

Make presentations to decision makers and to sell the project

Prepare plans for HOA approval and or permitting

Attend construction meetings with clients and field personnel

Qualify and participate in various design contest and incentive programs

Qualifications and Skills

You must have experience in selling high end backyard projects.

You must be able to sell.

You must be organized and be able to manage your time in order to turn your projects around in a timely effective manner.

You must have strong and effective communication skills - oral and written

You must be a team player

You will set short and long term goals

You must be able to demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills

Cad experience, drafting or pool studio is required

Prefer experience in swimming pool industry 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
