Position Summary

This is a 3 days per week which may change to full time in the future. We are seeking a Project Manager to provide end-to-end solutions for each project assigned by the pharma client, manage the full life cycle as well as the contract(s) with the CM/GC/Architect/Engineer or any other professional firms that are required for project delivery. You will manage a number of projects at different completion stages ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and project phases. A strong customer service mindset and deep understanding of pharma capital projects and operations are essential as this is a fast paced work environment with complex stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including facilities management, project delivery, design, construction, and specialized consultants.
• Manage complex infrastructure systems, including MEP systems, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, specialty gases, clean utilities, and process piping.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including move plans, equipment inventories, and communication records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Support commissioning, occupancy readiness, project turnover, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, facilities management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
