About Us
At Nicolozakes Trucking & Construction, Inc., we're proud to be a family-owned company with over 70 years of serving our community. We've built our reputation on integrity, hard work, safety, and strong relationships. As our organization continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced legal professional who enjoys partnering with leadership to provide practical legal guidance while supporting HR compliance and business operations.
About the Role
We're seeking an In House Legal Counsel & HR Manager who is looking to build a rewarding in-house legal career while partnering with leadership on employment law, HR compliance, contracts, and business operations to serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership. Prior Human Resources experience is preferred.
We welcome attorneys with a strong interest in employment law and HR compliance who enjoy partnering with operational leaders to provide practical business solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being integrated into the business, partnering with leadership on day-to-day operations, and helping drive strategic decisions while minimizing organizational risk.
