Print Production & Business Consultant / Regional Field Support

Overview

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production & Business Consultant to support and coach franchise owners across North Carolina & South Carolina. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to:

• Improve sales performance and business profitability
• Identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition
• Analyze workflows and recommend operational improvements
• Support print production processes and efficiency
• Provide guidance on equipment utilization and shop performance
• Advise on graphic design, file setup, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Review financial reports
• Train and mentor owners and staff on best practices
• Conduct regular on-site visits across North Carolina & South Carolina
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners as a trusted business advisor

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Commercial or digital printing
• Print production
• Graphic design
• Strong understanding of print shop operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Preferred Experience

• Print shop management or supervisory experience
• Sales, account management, or customer development

Ideal Backgrounds:
Print Shop Manager, Production Manager, Graphic Designer, Print Specialist, CSR, Sales Rep (Printing/Marketing Services)
