As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced, heart-centered, licensed LMHCs to supervise 4–8 graduate-level interns learning and practicing LCT, and to commit to mastering the work themselves. What is Life Centered Therapy (LCT)?

LCT is not just another modality — it's a gateway into the unconscious and superconscious levels of wisdom.

It is a body-based, spiritually-integrated approach that allows individuals to access the root cause of symptoms through the body’s wisdom. Symptoms are seen as portals, guiding the client into experiences that may originate from childhood trauma, generational wounds, past lives, archetypal energies, or collective unconscious material.

Through muscle testing (a body-based intuitive technique), the therapist helps the client identify the exact traumatic event or pattern driving the symptom — whether it’s a moment of disempowerment, shame, loss, or violation — and helps the client re-member and integrate the experience so it can finally release.

Supervisors will not only learn to guide interns in practicing this method — they will also learn it from the inside out, developing their own skill in healing at a soul level. It’s ideal for clinicians who:

• Are frustrated by symptom-focused talk therapy and want something deeper
• Believe in the body's innate intelligence
• Are open to non-linear, intuitive, and spiritual ways of working
• Want to integrate everything they’ve ever learned — from trauma work to mysticism — into one unified system

LCT is for the clinician who wants to go all the way — who wants to wake up, heal others, and walk their talk.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly 1:1 supervision via Zoom to 4–8 interns (1 hour/week per intern)
• See at least 5 therapy clients per week using the LCT framework
• Attend weekly LCT training every Wednesday from 2–4pm EST via Zoom (paid at $30/hr)
• Complete onboarding and ramp-up training in LCT (paid at $30/hr)
• Attend REQUIRED weekend intensives 3x/year in Waltham, MA — currently scheduled for Aug 29–30, Oct 24–25, and Dec 5–6, 2026 (paid at $30/hr)
• Provide additional intern support as needed (paid at $30/hr), including:
• Documentation help
• Mandated reporting support
• School forms or contact
• Shadowing sessions
• General consultation or check-ins
• Commit to your own ongoing learning, healing, and mastery of LCT as a supervisor and practitioner

Qualifications

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts
• Licensed for at least 2 years and eligible to supervise interns for licensure
• Open, curious, and grounded presence with a desire to practice deep, body-based, spiritual work
• Excited to train in and master Life Centered Therapy
• Comfortable with remote work and flexible with evolving clinic needs
• Supervision or teaching experience preferred, but we’re open to the right energy and commitment
• Must carry active professional liability insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
