Purpose of Role:

Wood patternmaking is the ultimate intersection of old-school craftsmanship and high-tech engineering, where you transform loose 2D blueprints into highly precise, physical 3D masterpieces. It is a deeply satisfying role because your hands-on work serves as the foundational mold for massive, real-world industrial machinery. Working here means you will never face the monotony of an assembly line; every single project brings a unique puzzle that challenges your spatial reasoning and woodworking skills. Plus, you will be part of a tight-knit, collaborative shop that respects the heritage of the trade while equipping you with the top-tier tools needed to build a legacy.
