The award winning restaurant group, The Peasant & The Pear Inc., owned and operated by Chef Rodney Worth, is in need of a Manager with 10+years management experience. We are looking for dedicated, responsible & reliable leaders to join our team. Our Managers are expected to interact with every guest that dines with us, manage labor, be a responsible presence at our establishments, and manage social media. They are expected to work nights and weekends, and salary is TBD based on experience. We are looking for a manager with strong skills in Toast, Homebase, and Resy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
