e are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized and enjoys assessing client systems to help them identify vulnerabilities that will truly meet their security needs. This position reports directly to our CTO. Primary duties include conducting advanced penetration tests through manual and automated methods to identify, exploit, and report on security weaknesses in the cybersecurity sector. Compensation is part base salary plus performance bonuses. Applicant must pass an exam and write a small penetration test report.

• esting Targets: Achieve and exceed testing objectives to ensure thorough coverage, high-impact discoveries, and client satisfaction.

• ollaboration: Work closely with the testing and engineering teams to refine methodologies, mentor junior testers, and ensure alignment with company goals.

• eporting: Track and report on testing activities, findings, and remediation strategies using specialized tools and documentation standards.

• lient Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security environments and present tailored penetration testing findings and recommendations.

• ulnerability Identification: Proactively identify and pursue security weaknesses through advanced testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.

• ool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise with modern penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, and other relevant platforms to effectively identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
