The E‑Commerce Sales Associate will join our marketing and sales operations team to drive revenue growth, optimize customer acquisition, and support brand expansion across our e‑commerce channels. About the Role
Strong experience in digital marketing, paid media, and social media operations is essential, but this role also requires proven sales experience, especially in e‑commerce environments. You will be responsible for driving online revenue through performance marketing, sales optimization, and customer engagement while supporting community and offline sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns, understands how to grow and convert online audiences, and can contribute to integrated marketing and sales efforts both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales‑driven marketing strategies — Execute integrated digital strategies that directly support revenue growth, including paid advertising, social media, and community operations.
- Drive e‑commerce sales performance — Optimize product listings, promotions, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to increase sales across online platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns — Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels with a focus on ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Grow and engage social communities — Lead content planning, audience engagement, and community management across WeChat, Red Note, Facebook, and other platforms to support both brand awareness and sales.
- Support community‑based sales operations — Manage online groups, user engagement initiatives, and relationship‑building with target audiences to drive repeat purchases.
- Coordinate offline sales and marketing activities — Assist with events, partnerships, and local promotional campaigns that support customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Analyze performance data — Track campaign and sales metrics, providing insights to improve conversion rates, user acquisition, and customer retention.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally — Work with product, operations, and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with business goals and brand positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce sales
- Strong experience with paid advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and community management
- Experience managing marketing or sales campaigns with measurable performance goals
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing and sales performance metrics

- Experience with SEO
- Experience organizing or supporting offline events / field marketing activities
- Experience in community‑building, influencer partnerships, or local outreach campaigns
