Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property Litigation (3+ Years Experience)

Dallas, Texas | Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid or Remote Considered

The Panorama IP Group, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of patent litigation experience to join our growing practice.

This position offers substantial hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced IP attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support federal litigation matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related intellectual property disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Assist with case strategy and litigation management

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (required), TX and CA is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of patent litigation experience (required)
• USPTO registration or eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar (required)
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage assignments and deadlines
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field is a plus
