Marketing Associate:

Responsibilities include identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. Lead generation procurement and nurturing. Ability to engage prospects and funnel into appointment generation processes. Primary role will be contacting inquiries that have reached out to us and prequalifying them for sales opportunities. The marketing representative will be expected to report on qualification and call/text/email activity.

Qualifications:

• Data management and CRM experience. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
• Generates the necessary appointment reminders and appointment instructions in a timely manner.

• Deliver an exceptional first-touch experience to homeowners. Commit to a defined sales process.
• Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. High level of integrity and strong commitment to being successful.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. List management with the ability to prioritize lead opportunities.

• Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently. 100% reliable, able to come to work in the office and detail oriented.

• Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient. Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum calls / emails per day.

• Previous experience is a plus but not necessary.

Compensation:

This is a full-time hourly position starting at $16 an hour. 40 hours a week Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. Full job training, professional development, and team building activities to improve your skills. Advancement opportunities available.
