Onsite position for a top Medical Device company in Arden Hills, MN.

This is an early-career, Medical Device Manufacturing Engineer role.

Key skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 1+ years of experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with strong execution and follow-through
• Medical device experience/exposure (OQ, PQ, PMV)

Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer supporting daily production operations, focusing on yield, throughput, process stability, and continuous improvement. This role involves hands-on ownership of manufacturing stations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support daily manufacturing performance (yield, labor, throughput)

· Own and maintain assigned equipment, processes, and workstations

· Troubleshoot process, material, and equipment issues

· Assist with process improvements and productivity enhancements

· Conduct basic testing, validation, and engineering experiments

· Analyze results and provide recommendations

· Maintain documentation and prepare technical reports

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, etc.)

· Train operators on processes and procedures
