ERP & CRM Development Manager

We are seeking a direct-hire ERP & CRM Development Manager for a client in downtown Seattle. This role will lead and grow a team of engineers across ERP and CRM/Field Service platforms during a period of major platform transformation. This hands-on technical leader will guide the migration to a new ERP platform, further CRM (Salesforce) development, manage Apex/integration work, and drive integration strategy. This role is a mix of people leadership (management, coaching, mentoring, collaboration) and technical leadership (architecture, design, standards).

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years in a management role over applications development teams; Proven people management experience coaching, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers
• Hands-on technical leadership across ERP, CRM, and integration domains
• Experience with ERP platforms (preference for Microsoft Dynamics)
• Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and Flows, ideally with CRM and Field Service
• Experience designing and building integrations with MuleSoft or a comparable integration/orchestration platform
• Familiarity with ERP data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
• Working knowledge of API best practices, testing, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience in Agile environments (sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-functional coordination)

Pay Range*: $170,000 - $200,000 per year
*Subject to negotiation depending on qualifications, experience, unique skills, etc.
