Bradbury Stamm is seeking a Preconstruction / Marketing Coordinator to support our preconstruction and marketing teams in securing new work through proposals, qualifications packages, and client-focused marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company qualification materials, including team resumes, project profiles, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
• Prepare proposals and related materials in response to detailed RFP and RFQ requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain bids, qualifications, and supporting documentation
• Collect, organize, and track data to support preconstruction and estimating efforts across multiple projects
• Assist with proposal scheduling, formatting, printing, and final production efforts under strict deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, review deliverables, and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Provide general administrative support to preconstruction and marketing teams as needed
• Potential to expand marketing responsibilities based on experience, interests, and skill set

Qualifications:

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Preconstruction, marketing coordination, or administrative experience preferred
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Photography skills or experience are a plus
