Seeking a skilled Press Brake Setup Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. Our operation is a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment producing industry-leading agricultural equipment. Unlike repetitive production environments, our operators work on a wide variety of components and assemblies in small batches, often performing multiple setups throughout the shift.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Trumpf CNC press brakes to form precision sheet metal components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Utilize machine programs and setup documentation to efficiently produce quality parts
• Load and install tooling as specified by setup instructions and machine programs
• Verify material type, thickness, and tooling requirements prior to production
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Utilize measuring equipment to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
• Safely handle raw materials and formed components
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating press brakes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication prints
• Ability to perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Experience using measuring equipment including calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience forming carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Familiarity with Oseon production software
• Experience supporting laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication operations
